The second edition of T4T, the successful event was held at Farook Institute of Management Studies,
Calicut with highly experienced trainer participants.
The event has been well appreciated by all the trainers, since it was a high quality conference.
The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Reju M T IAS (CEO, ASAP) and Dr. Thomas George (Chairman, Lead College of Management, Palaghat).
Prof. Dr. Omkumar Krishnan (IIM, Kozhikode) had a session for trainers on "Personal Branding".
He provided insights into personal branding of trainers through the workshop.
Then we had two panel discussions. The first panel discussion was on the topic 'Opportunities and challenges for trainers in Kerala'.
The panelists for this session were Dr. Thomas George (Chairman, Lead College of Management, Palaghat), Mr. Renjith A.R (CEO, Bramma Learning Solutions),
Psy. Vipin Roldant (HoD, Dept. of Psy, Sunrise Hospital, Kochi and Director of Corporetta Training Solutions and the moderator was Mr. Ajas Hyser,
A second Panel discussion moderated by Ms. Raakhee Vijay Nair (Corporate trainer), was on the topic 'Expectations from a trainer'
and the panelists were Mr. Brijesh John (Placement officer, Marian College, Kuttikanam, President of Placement Officer's Consortium)
and Mr. Ravishankar (Secretary, KCCI Northern Region).
The highlight of Calicut event was also the "Trainer talks" - a five minute presentation by trainers on various topics like time management,
selling skills, power, executive leadership in Kerala etc. And it was a memorable experience for all of them.
The Valedictory ceremony of the conference was inaugurated by Mr. Ashik Parol, (President of KCCI, NR).
And he announced that in future KCCI is planning to conduct different training programmes for their members in association with trainers4tomorrow.
With the success story in Kochi and Calicut, T4T is coming soon to Trivandrum and to other parts of the country.
